We directly support passionate entrepreneurs with bold and effective solutions that address underserved needs in livelihood resilience, community development and environmental protection. We also invest in global impact funds as well as ESG scored listed equities.
Blue7 deploys a variety of financial instruments ranging from debt to equity. Working with partners in Asia and beyond, our portfolio operates to create long term value for society and the environment.

Juanita FU
Co-Founder
Juanita's vision is that Blue7 invest in viable solutions that tackle societal and environmental challenges. It is her belief that there can be sustainable models to address some of these problems through deploying capital in creative ways.
She is also a General Partner in a life science venture capital fund. Juanita has a BS from Columbia University and an MD from the University of Southern California.
MA Hui Hsing
Co-Founder
Hui Hsing's mission is that Blue7 help businesses redirect responsibilities towards multi-stakeholders and ESG excellence. She has worked globally in healthcare investment, corporate finance, and general management. Her volunteer experience is in child welfare and education in Southeast Asia.
Hui Hsing holds a MS in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University, USA; a MBA from Manchester Business School, UK; and, a BAcc from the National University of Singapore.
Genevieve Heng
Senior Advisor
Genevieve is an experienced venture capitalist, private equity and impact investor with over 20 years of investing experience in South-East Asia, India and China. Genevieve is an advocate of gender lens investing and ESG.
She holds an MBA from London Business School, BSc from National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and Chartered Financial Analyst.
Teo Yew Teng
Investments Team
Yew Teng's mission is to help businesses address environmental and social issues endemic to the Southeast Asian region. He has research analysis experience and also worked with various UN agencies in the MENA region for developing incubator/accelerator programmes.
Yew Teng holds a BSc in Information Systems and is currently pursuing a MSc in Applied Finance, both at the Singapore Management University.
Aegan Tan
Investments Team
Aegan has strong interests in innovative and impactful solutions that address systemic issues in a sustainable manner. He has worked on strategic projects with MNCs and government agencies around Asia to drive change in society.
He holds a B.Eng Double Major in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from National University of Singapore.
