Juanita's vision is that Blue7 invest in viable solutions that tackle societal and environmental challenges. It is her belief that there can be sustainable models to address some of these problems through deploying capital in creative ways.
She is also a General Partner in a life science venture capital fund. Juanita has a BS from Columbia University and an MD from the University of Southern California.
MA Hui Hsing
Hui Hsing's mission is that Blue7 help businesses redirect responsibilities towards multi-stakeholders and ESG excellence. She has worked globally in healthcare investment, corporate finance, and general management. Her volunteer experience is in child welfare and education in Southeast Asia.
Hui Hsing holds a MS in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University, USA; a MBA from Manchester Business School, UK; and, a BAcc from the National University of Singapore.
KUA Qiu Quan
Qiu Quan believes strongly in the role of capital markets in international development. He previously worked with the finance team of a Geneva-based foundation, and with a Singapore based social impact consultancy firm.
He holds a Master's degree in Development Studies, from IHEID in Geneva, Switzerland, with a research focus on impact investing and sustainable finance, and a BSS (Hons) in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
Aavishkaar creates sustainable change in rural India through venture capital financing and management support to socially-conscious, environmentally friendly, commercially viable ventures that currently have limited or no access to established financial institutions.

LEOW Tian Ahn
Tian Ahn firmly believes in the transformative properties of Education for underserved communities. He believes that the key to a more sustainable, equitable future lies in the intersection between finance, educational policy, and recent developments in the EdTech sector that disrupt the status quo of formal education. He was the Team Lead for a programme that delivered fortnightly English lessons to over 200 foreign workers across Singapore’s major dormitories, where he took an active role in curriculum planning.
He is on track to completing a BA (Honours) in Education Studies from the Institute of Education in University College London.
Zhijing believes that capital used wisely is capable of drawing communities closer together, not driving them apart. She is currently involved in livelihood projects in Nepal ranging from media start-ups to piggeries.
She is in the midst of pursuing her Masters in Arts in Intercultural Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, with a BBA from the Singapore Management University.
